The Scientific Committee invites attendees to submit a session proposal to be considered for inclusion in the program.

Authors must follow the guidelines for proposal submission set out below. Abstracts not conforming to these guidelines will not be considered.

Proposal submission deadline

The session proposal submission deadline is 28 February 2025 at 10.00 h (Spanish time).

General Conditions and Information

Session structure

• 45 minutes duration (1 moderator and 3/4 speakers is a good structure)
• Round table format
• At least one international speaker
• Gender parity whenever possible

We request the proposals to be based on the following criteria:

• Relevance of the subject matter and proposal
• Originality
• Quality of the proposed speakers
