We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams, and only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings,

Accommodation and Conditions
Payment of registration fees (in Euro) can be made via the online registration process by the following methods:
By Credit Card:
Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat by email prior to the deadlines below:
- Cancellations received up to and including June 22, 2025 – It will be penalized with 1 night cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received after June 23, 2025, or No Show– no refund.
- However, a paid accommodation is transferable to a replacement from your company if sent before the 26th of September 2025.
The colleague who will attend the event in your place should contact with the registration secretariat registration@biospain2025.org in order to get instructions about how to proceed.
